For as long as healing traditions have existed, practitioners have gathered in council - to reflect and connect, to share challenges and doubts, to receive insight and feedback, and to deepen the medicine they bring into the world.
Today, these kinds of spaces are often reserved for licensed psychotherapists and counselors through formal supervision. But what about those within conventional systems — therapists, clinicians, or mental health professionals — who are yearning for perspectives rooted in wisdom traditions, community, and more soulful ways of practicing?
And what about those working outside these systems — coaches, guides, facilitators, and space holders — who may not hold formal licenses but still long for a trusted council to support the evolution of their sacred work?

what is group mentoring
& deeper-vision?
Group Mentoring & Deeper Vision is a village-minded, integrative container for therapists, ritualists, coaches, guides, facilitators, practitioners, and apprentices to come together in a learning atmosphere that supports their sacred (and emergent) work in the healing and transformational arts.
This is a practitioner-apprentice space where you are invited to bring your real, living questions — whether they arise from:

A specific situation or dynamic with a client, patient, participant or group.

Your own inner process as you navigate the next phase of embodying your medicine and unique facilitator style.

The desire to appropriately weave in diverse approaches such as animism, shamanism, ritualistic and ceremonial arts, and initiation and rite-of-passage frameworks into your work.
Each session will be guided by Alyona & Alexandre, who hold the container with wide perspective, precision, attunement, and a blend of integrative, phenomenological, process-oriented, and shamanically-rooted approaches.
Group Mentoring & Deeper Vision is a confidential space, grounded in the values of earth and ancestral connection, sincere and compassionate self-reflection, and community-oriented learning.
Please note: this is not clinical supervision, and is not affiliated with any licensing body or professional association. It is designed for those called to work from a broader, more soulful paradigm of healing, mentorship, and service.

Details
General Information & Logistics
Each session is limited to 6 participants to allow for depth and personal attention. We will begin with a short opening practice, followed by time for each person to bring a case, question or situation for exploration. Please prepare your case or question in advance to make the most of our time together.
Sessions will be held live on Zoom, and your presence is required. Due to the confidential nature of this work, recordings will not be available. Once your registration and payment are complete, you will receive the Zoom details via email.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS
Alyona and Alexandre are integrative psychotherapists, mentors, ritualists & ceremonialists, and group facilitators who support seekers who are on a path of emotional healing, relational intimacy, and psycho-spiritual transformation. Their approach bridges process-oriented and transpersonal psychologies, with earth-based spirituality and shamanic traditions - providing an integrative framework when working with the unfolding of the soul. In practice, they guide individuals, couples and groups to cultivate the capacities needed to embody their calling and heart-rooted path. Their work is informed by over 20+ years of combined experiential training and study in shamanism, integrative psychotherapies, psychedelic therapy, and traditional indigenous paradigms. Alyona & Alexandre facilitate a variety of sacred containers, including online sessions, workshops, in-person grief rituals, and in-person plant & psychedelic-medicine retreats in the Sacred Valley, Cusco, Peru.
