Medicine Ceremonies & Retreats In The Sacred Valley
There are times in our lives when the old ways of seeing, relating, and being no longer sustain us. We may find ourselves standing at a crossroads, moving through a significant life passage, meeting patterns that are asking to be transformed, or sensing a deeper calling that can no longer be ignored. These are threshold moments and crucial seasons that ask us to listen deeply to our Souls, to meet Life as the teacher that it is, and to remember what it means to be truly, fully, and wildly human.
The challenges of adulthood call for greater vision, consistent courage, and a bold and humble willingness to enter the unknown. They ask us to discover renewed ways of relating to ourselves, to one another, and to our magnificent yet troubled world. Yet to imagine new possibilities for ourselves, we must first become intimate with the stories and conditioning that have shaped our lives until now.
Each of us are being invited to transform inherited trans-generational patterns and burdening narratives into ways of being that are more faithful to our truest nature. Healing (and alchemizing) what is no longer ours to carry becomes the fertile ground from which a more fulfilling, joyful, and abundant life can emerge. As we are transformed by the forces of Mystery, so too grows our capacity to contribute to the renewal of our families, our communities, and the wider world.
Among the many crises of our time, one speaks to the heart of all the others: the absence of soulful purpose. Beneath the demands and distractions of modernity lives this longing to inhabit our lives more fully—to move beyond achievement, obligation, or familiarity, and to walk the path of calling that is uniquely ours. Yet doing so requires the courage to turn inward with self-compassion and honesty, to question the lives we have inherited, and to listen for the inner direction that has been waiting beneath the noise.
Across cultures and throughout history, these moments of profound change have been guided through practices of ceremony & initiation. These are sacred encounters with Mystery that help people shed what no longer belongs to them and awaken to the sacred calling of their lives.
Our ceremonies and retreats offer a vessel for this journey of healing, remembering, and transformation. Through an integrative weaving of therapeutic and psycho-spiritual exploration, ceremonial medicine work, ancestral and earth-honoring practices, embodiment, and encounters with the living landscape of Peru's Sacred Valley, we create spaces in which you can slow down, listen deeply, and meet what is asking to be seen, healed, released, or brought more fully into life.
Through this work we remember that healing is never only personal, but also collective; that our transformation is not solely for ourselves, but for the life we are here to serve. As we return to the deeper ground of our own being, we become capable of participating in the regeneration of the world around us.

What we offer
Day-Long Ceremonial Journeys & 5-Day Retreats for
Individuals & Couples
As your guides and facilitators, we accompany you through experiences of deep encounters with yourself, the land, and the Mystery. Our work weaves together integrative and transpersonal therapies, ancestral, earth-honoring practices and teachings, healing and initiatory ceremonial medicine work, and the living transmission of sacred sites within the power places of Peru's Sacred Valley.
For those who feel called to ceremonial experiences, whether individually or as a couple, we offer two distinct ceremonial pathways. One is oriented primarily toward therapeutic healing and psychological integration, within a framework of psychedelic psychotherapy. The other unfolds within a shamanic and spiritual paradigm, centered around a sacred ceremonial brew and held within the context of a mystery ceremony. While both pathways can support profound healing and transformation, they differ in their orientation, intention, and the kind of container in which the work unfolds. During our discovery call, we will explore which path, if either, feels most aligned with where you are on your journey.
5-Day Retreats include two medicine ceremonies, with the nature and orientation of each ceremony discerned together during our discovery and preparation process. Depending on your intentions and what feels most supportive for your journey, your retreat may weave together one or both of the ceremonial pathways described above. Each ceremony is followed by an in-person elaboration session the following day.
Beyond the medicine ceremonial journeys, your retreat may also include:
✾ Visiting the sacred sites of Kinsacocha or Killaryumiyoc alongside our Q'ero elders, learning about Maestra Coca, the Apus, and the Andean cosmology.
✾ Participating in a Haywarikuy (Despacho) from our Q'ero elders, a sacred offering ritual that deepens reciprocity and relationship with Pachamama (Mother Earth) and the three worlds, oneself, and one's relations.
✾ Receiving various cleansing and healing practices (limpias) with Tobacco and other local plants.
✾ Teachings and experiential practices for healing your relationship with your ancestors and cultivating a stronger connection with ancestral helpers and allies.
✾ Somatic and breathwork practices that support embodiment and integration.
Your stay in the valley
For ceremonies & retreats, there are several accommodation options we will recommend based on your interests, whether you are joining us as an individual or as a couple, as well as what is available at the time.
Nestled in the mountains of Peru's Sacred Valley, one option is Casita Crystal (pictured here) - a beautiful AirBnB tucked away in the peaceful village of Huaran. Surrounded by mountain vistas and natural beauty, it offers a quiet sanctuary to rest, restore, and integrate the experiences of each day.
As we prepare for your ceremony or retreat, we will discuss the available accommodation options and support you in selecting the one that feels most aligned for your experience. Accommodation is not included in the cost of your ceremony or retreat and is booked and paid for separately by each participant.
Healthy and delicious meals will be provided each day for retreats. For one-day/night ceremonies, fresh fruit and a nourishing soup will be provided.
All medicine ceremonies take place at our home in Arin, in Peru's Sacred Valley.

If you feel called to join us for a ceremony or a 5-day retreat in the Sacred Valley, we invite you to begin by completing the application form below.
After reviewing your application, we will reach out to arrange a 45-minute discovery call. This conversation is an opportunity for you to share your intentions and what is drawing you to this work, ask any questions you may have, learn more about the experience, and together discern whether it feels like the right fit for everyone involved.
If, through this mutual discernment process, the experience feels appropriate and aligned for all of us, we will invite you to complete an informed consent and waiver before confirming your booking. At that stage, a deposit will be required to secure your retreat or ceremony dates. Details regarding the investment for both ceremonies and retreats can be found within the respective application forms.

About Alyona & Alexandre
For more than 15 years, we have each been devoted to a path of personal healing and transformation, spiritual practice, and soul-led service. Throughout our committed partnership, our shared devotion to the exploration of consciousness has led us through sustained study and mentorship, traditional dietas, and initiatory experiences within Indigenous and mestizo traditions across several countries. These experiences continue to inform and shape our ceremonial practice with master plants and sacred medicines, alongside the lineage of AWE, which we have been entrusted to carry.
In 2022, we moved our life from Australia and made our home in the Sacred Valley of Peru, where we have continued to deepen our relationships with the land and its wisdom traditions.
We aim to create spaces of profound healing and transformation, accompanying you in reconnecting with your own innate wisdom and path, deepening your relationship with the Mystery of life, and remembering what it means to live with greater connection, wholeness, and joy.
