Grief-Speak: An Intimate Grief Circle (Drop-In)

We welcome you to join us for a Grief-speak drop in this month, where we will be co-creating a gentle space for your grief and sorrow to be acknowledged, witnessed, and metabolised. 

This experience is about cultivating resourcefulness within your body and psyche, slowly becoming more intimate with the grief that is moving through you, and consciously grieving with others as a necessary life practice - as a tincture drop of personal healing that ripples into healing for the collective. 

In this particular Grief-speak drop-in we will be focusing on cultivating a relationship with the orphaned parts of ourselves and awakening the heart of awareness, acceptance, and love. 

This 2.5 hour gathering will include an introduction into grieving as a life-practice, and a synthesis of somatic grounding, poetry, music, journaling, sacred silence, dyad sharing and witnessing, and a council-style sharing.

This gathering is limited to 12 participants and is setup to be experienced live, and thus we ask that you only register if you can participate on the day. As this will be a confidential space, and due to the nature of this work, this will not be recorded.
