Integrative Psychotherapy & Mentoring
for seekers on a path of healing and growth
A genuine path of healing, transformation, and maturation is no easy quest. It's certainly not overnight work. Often, the urge to embark on such a journey begins as a mysterious calling to live a more authentic and meaningful life — a calling that may initially arrive disguised as crisis, loss, or difficulty.
These crises, or “little deaths,” can become unexpected messengers, initiating us into new ways of being, imagining, relating, and participating in the world. Sometimes, it is precisely through the ordeals and uncertainties of our lives that we begin to discover who we are beneath the identities we have known ourselves through.
Such thresholds can take many forms: the loss of someone or something we love, changes in our health or identity, heartbreak, relational rupture, family wounds, spiritual or existential crisis, or a major transition that unsettles the life we once knew.
Within these periods of uncertainty, life may be inviting us into a larger conversation — asking us to listen more deeply to what is ending, what is emerging, and what may now be asking to be lived.
You might be wondering...
✾ Who am I — beyond the roles, identities, and responsibilities of my everyday life?
✾ What truly matters to me at this stage of my life?
✾ What does my soul long for — and how might I begin to live more fully in relationship with that longing?
✾ Where do I experience a deeper sense of belonging — and where am I being called or guided?
✾ What is life attempting to teach or show me?

Our Approach to Therapy & Mentoring
Our style of therapy and mentoring is interdisciplinary, somatically-rooted, and spiritually-oriented: weaving contemporary therapeutic modalities with ancestral and wisdom traditions in support of healing, maturation, and meaningful transformation.
Our work has been shaped by diverse lineages of study, practice, and apprenticeship, including Process-Oriented Psychology (Processwork), Transpersonal Psychology and Holotropic Breathwork, Grief-work, Somatic and embodied Practices, and many years of personal exploration with Plant Medicines within Mestizo and Indigenous traditions across Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Ecuador, and Gabon. Our approach is also informed by a rigorous three-year initiation and apprenticeship in psychedelic medicine facilitation and mysticism with the AWE Foundation.
At the heart of our therapeutic practice is Process-Oriented Psychology, an awareness-based approach developed by Arnold Mindell and rooted in Jungian depth psychology while drawing inspiration from Taoism, systems thinking, Indigenous wisdom traditions, and other approaches to consciousness and human experience. We studied Processwork through our training in Holistic Counselling & Psychotherapy at the Metavision Institute in Australia, and it remains a foundational therapeutic orientation within our work.
At its essence, Processwork invites us to listen beneath the surface of our everyday experience and become curious about what is trying to emerge. Rather than only seeking to eliminate what feels difficult or unfamiliar, we gently turn toward our symptoms, emotions, dreams, conflicts, and unexpected experiences, exploring the deeper meaning and intelligence they may carry.
Through this process, we learn to follow the unique rhythm of our own inner life — developing greater awareness of who we are, what is asking for our attention, and how we are being invited to grow.
In an Integrative Therapy or Mentoring session, we may explore what is unfolding through therapeutic dialogue, embodied dream-work, somatic tracking, role-play, movement, meditation and guided imagery, nature-based practices, and ritual.
